Duties * Inspect and diagnose repairs needed for garage door systems with precision and efficiency. * Follow our proven sales process to design tailored solutions for customers based on their needs. * Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings. * Close sales and complete customer-approved repairs with a focus on quality and satisfaction. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer delight. * Stay ahead of industry trends and technology advancements to maintain a competitive edge. * Utilize our Acumatica CRM system to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and drive results. Qualifications * Experience with basic construction and tools is preferred but not required--your ambition and work ethic matter most! * Proven sales skills with a track record of following a structured sales process to achieve results. * Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities, with a hunger to exceed targets. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. * Comfortable with basic technology (email, phone, web-based systems) to manage workflows efficiently. * A valid driver's license is required. * A relentless, proactive attitude with a passion for winning and delivering value to customers.
