We seek a highly motivated, energetic, customer-centric person to join our team in our fast-paced Broomfield office. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask, and fluency with typing and desktop computer applications. The Inside Sales/Customer Support candidate will have exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience is required. Duties include pre-sale support and education, helping customers process orders and navigate our websites, updating information, managing our live chat and email support inboxes, creating and updating support cases, processing purchase orders, and more. Passion for customer service, influencing sales, and creating positive customer experiences are essential for success in this position. This role will offer the ideal candidate unlimited opportunities for growth within our organization.
