Full description of the position

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic entry-level Sales Representative to join our new T-Mobile Business sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in sales, connect with small to medium business owners, and provide meaningful solutions that help companies stay connected and grow. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in driving new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales goals -- all while receiving hands-on training and mentorship to set you up for long-term success if seeking a future in our dealership. Key Responsibilities as a Sales Representative * Prospect and engage with small and medium-sized business owners to identify new sales opportunities. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. * Present and clearly explain T-Mobile products and services, including high-speed internet modems, iPhones, Samsungs, Androids, Tablets, iPads and others * Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. * Accurately record sales activities in CRM or tracking systems. * Collaborate with team members and management to develop new strategies for business growth. * Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product updates. Qualifications for Sales Representative * Previous sales experience is required. * Previous sales experience in outbound, B2B, D2D, D2C or Retail is preferred * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Strong work ethic and ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. * Work ethic is a must * Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus. * High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
