We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new insurance sales, maintaining long-term client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to outside sales , strong negotiation skills, and effective marketing strategies to expand our client base. Bilingual abilities and strong communication skills are highly valued to support our diverse customer community. The Insurance Producer will play a key role in promoting property & casualty insurance products, while ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal insurance regulations. Responsibilities * Develop and execute outside sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market presence * Conduct insurance consultations, needs assessments, and product presentations for prospective clients * Quote, sell, and service property & casualty insurance policies, with a focus on auto insurance * Negotiate policy terms, coverages, and premiums to meet client needs while achieving individual and agency sales goals * Generate leads through outreach efforts, including telemarketing, referrals, and community engagement * Manage sales administration tasks, including accurate documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications * Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions * Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service, ongoing support, and timely responses * Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives * Ensure compliance with all applicable New Jersey state insurance laws and regulations * Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and general policy servicing * Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changes Experience & Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred * Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a strong plus * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales administration tools * Experience in marketing or customer service is advantageous * Prior telemarketing, cold-calling, or outreach experience is beneficial but not required * Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License or ability to obtain one Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
