Join True Rx Health Strategists as our Director of Business Development (Indiana) True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development (Indiana) to play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our footprint within a defined geographic territory. In this role, you'll work closely with the Vice President of Business Development to execute sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and manage the full sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare innovation, thrives in a consultative sales environment, and has a proven track record of success in B2B sales or healthcare-related business development. 100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings. What You 'll Do * Manage qualified leads, conduct discovery calls, and prepare impactful sales presentations and proposals. * Prospect and identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital strategies. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of employer groups, brokers, and consultants evaluating PBM services. * Lead and coordinate RFP responses, collaborating with internal departments for timely, accurate documentation. * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and areas of opportunity. * Represent True Rx Health Strategists at conferences, trade shows, and networking events. * Leverage CRM tools to track activities, manage leads, and report performance metrics. * Partner with account management and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. What You 'll Bring * Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred). * 2+ years in business development, sales, or account management (healthcare, PBM, or benefits consulting preferred). * Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit management or the health benefits landscape is highly desirable. * Proven success generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team player. * Willingness to travel up to 40% within assigned territory.
