Key Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various sales techniques, including in-person consultations, phone calls, and digital outreach. - Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for personal training packages and memberships. - Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction. - Fitness Assessments: Conduct initial fitness assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and current fitness levels. - Program Development: Develop personalized training programs tailored to each client's goals and abilities. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and staff to provide a cohesive and supportive environment for clients. - Continued Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to provide the highest level of service.
