We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in hardware stores throughout Brooklyn and Queens. This is a self-starter, on-the-road, independent position --ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and driving their own success. Responsibilities * Visit hardware stores and plumbing supply houses daily within the Brooklyn/Queens territory * Promote and sell plumbing specialty products to existing and potential customers * Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and counter staff * Identify new business opportunities and drive territory growth * Serve as a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable representative of our brand Skills * Plumbing parts knowledge is required * A self-starter with strong motivation and follow-through * Excellent people skills--comfortable engaging with customers * Ability to work independently while managing a daily route * Prior sales experience in hardware or plumbing is a plus * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Long term partnership Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
