Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts. * Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company goals to expand market presence. * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiations and contract finalization. * Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services. * Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitor analysis for senior management review. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry. * Strong proficiency in Salesforce, CRM software, and project management tools. * Excellent skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and closing sales deals. * Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management and marketing strategies. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
