Position: Real Estate & Insurance Agent / Agent Trainee (Sales & Financial Services) Job Responsibilities: As a Real Estate & Insurance Agent or Agent Trainee, you will serve as the driving force behind our sales. Your key duties will include: * Building and maintaining strong client relationships * Demonstrating passion and commitment to success * Staying informed on real estate and insurance markets, products, and services * Ensuring all tasks are handled professionally, accurately, and on time Job Requirements: We are looking for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and possess a positive and engaging personality. Qualifications: * Sales, Real Estate, or Insurance experience preferred * Excellent communication and telephone skills * Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook * Strong time-management and multitasking abilities * Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Benefits: As part of Americas Group Agency, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package with opportunities to earn between $75,000 and $250,000 per year, along with potential for annual sales trips.
