JOB SUMMARY: We are expanding our footprint in residential roofing and seeking an energetic and driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. Unlike traditional sales roles, our reps are supplied with pre-qualified in-home appointments--no cold calling or door knocking required. Your role will focus on providing expert roofing consultations to homeowners and closing deals with confidence and clarity. WHAT YOU'LL DO : * Attend company-generated, pre-set in-home roofing appointments with homeowners. * Educate customers on our roofing services, process, warranties, and material options. * Conduct thorough roof inspections and measurements, leveraging drone or onsite assessments. * Present detailed roofing proposals using company-provided tools and templates. * Explain financing options and help homeowners navigate approvals. * Follow up relentlessly on unclosed leads (same day + consistent touchpoints). * Coordinate with internal project managers to ensure smooth project handoff post-sale. * Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals with integrity and consistency. * Maintain accurate notes and customer records in our CRM system. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED : * Prior experience in home services sales. * In-home sales experience is a strong advantage. * Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to explain technical information in a homeowner-friendly way. * Strong organizational skills and a self-driven attitude. * Comfortable working in a field-based role that requires driving to appointments. * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (clean DMV record).
