JOB SUMMARY: We are expanding our footprint in residential roofing and seeking an energetic and driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. Unlike traditional sales roles, our reps are supplied with pre-qualified in-home appointments--no cold calling or door knocking required. Your role will focus on providing expert roofing consultations to homeowners and closing deals with confidence and clarity. WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Attend company-generated, pre-set in-home roofing appointments with homeowners.
• Educate customers on our roofing services, process, warranties, and material options.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and measurements, leveraging drone or onsite assessments.
• Present detailed roofing proposals using company-provided tools and templates.
• Explain financing options and help homeowners navigate approvals.
• Follow up relentlessly on unclosed leads (same day + consistent touchpoints).
• Coordinate with internal project managers to ensure smooth project handoff post-sale.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals with integrity and consistency.
• Maintain accurate notes and customer records in our CRM system. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED :
• Prior experience in home services sales.
• In-home sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a homeowner-friendly way.
• Strong organizational skills and a self-driven attitude.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role that requires driving to appointments.
