Sales Manager - Residential & Commercial Exterior Restoration Company Overview Built Strong Exteriors is a family-owned exterior restoration company founded in 2014. Position Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and holding accountable a team of Restoration Consultants while driving both personal and team revenue. This role is hands-on, field-based, and leadership-focused. Sales Managers are accountable not only for their own production, but for the performance, professionalism, and development of their assigned Sales Team. This position is ideal for experienced sales leaders who thrive in performance-driven environments and want uncapped earning potential with long- term growth. Sales Managers lead from the field and are actively involved in coaching, development, and revenue production. Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Restoration Consultants * Drive residential and commercial sales revenue within assigned territory * Provide hands-on field leadership through ride-alongs, inspections, and in-field coaching * Train and support team members in prospecting, inspections, customer communication, and closing * Monitor pipeline activity, conversion rates, and overall team performance * Ensure files progress accurately and efficiently from contract through production * Uphold company standards, customer experience expectations, and core values * Collaborate with Sales Leadership and internal departments to support operational efficiency Qualifications * Previous sales leadership, management, or team-lead experience preferred * Strong background in performance-based sales environments * Ability to lead by example and hold consistent accountability * Comfortable working in the field and supporting team members directly * High level of professionalism, organization, and follow-through * Construction, restoration, roofing, or insurance-related sales experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits * Uncapped commission structure * Draw+Commission opportunity=1st year $150,000+, average $250,000+ * Personal sales commissions plus team commission overrides * Performance-based advancement and team growth opportunities * Healthcare benefits eligibility after applicable waiting period * Long-term career pathway with increasing responsibility and earning potential Work Environment & Expectations * Field-based leadership role with consistent in-field presence * Saturday availability as business needs require * Seasonal flexibility, including optional travel opportunities during off-peak weather * Exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (not eligible for overtime) Why Built Strong Exteriors We are committed to building leaders, not just sales numbers.
