Job Title: B2B Revenue Director Location: Fayetteville, AR (In-Person, Full-Time) About Compound Foundry Compound Foundry is a growing family of home and decor brands - including Painted Paper, Lemon Park, Carbon Home Goods, Aspen&Arlo, and Anthem Classic - on a mission to bring beautiful, meaningful products to customers across channels. We're a scrappy and ambitious team building something big. We're looking for a B2B Revenue Director to lead and grow our trade and B2B partnerships across all brands. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and loves building smart systems, mentoring high- potential talent, and driving real results. You'll oversee a small but growing team focused on B2B revenue - working closely with leadership to refine our strategy, improve outreach, and strengthen relationships with key partners in retail, design, and hospitality. What You 'll Do * Lead and grow the B2B team, currently focused on trade, wholesale, and outbound outreach * Build and optimize scalable processes for outreach, onboarding, retention, and partner support * Work cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and finance * Improve and systematize how we pitch our brands and products to partners * Identify high-impact opportunities to expand our trade and wholesale footprint * Build relationships with key partners and lead negotiations for major accounts * Support customer service and retention efforts - our trade partners are customers too, and you'll help ensure we're responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented when challenges arise * Advise and empower your team on how to handle partner concerns, helping them balance empathy with business needs * Mentor and develop junior team members We're Looking For Someone Who: * Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or revenue leadership, ideally in a consumer goods context * Has built and led teams, and is excited to build systems, and playbooks. * Thinks strategically but loves jumping in to get things done * Communicates clearly and comfortably with internal stakeholders and external partners * Loves home, design, and brand storytelling * Is energized by working in a fast-moving, startup environment Bonus Points For: * Experience with CRM tools * Familiarity with the trade/B2B space in home, lifestyle, or decor * A mix of sales and ops/revenue enablement experience Why Join Us We're a small team doing big things.
