Strong communication, marketing and negotiation abilities are essential for building relationships and closing deals in a competitive market. Responsibilities * Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood dynamics. * Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Prepare necessary documentation for transactions, including contracts and agreements. * Maintain organized records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction details. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers to facilitate smooth transactions. * Marketing and prospecting for clients. Requirements * Sales Skills helpful * Communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. * Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships efficiently. * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Previous experience in real estate administration is advantageous but not mandatory. * A valid real estate license is required.
