Onyx Hospitality is looking for a Director of Sales for Cordova, TN! As a Hotel Director of Sales, you are responsible for ensuring that revenue targets are met. Your job is to increase occupancy and generate revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies that target specific markets such as corporate, leisure, or group. Your daily tasks may include analyzing market trends to understand customer needs, identifying new business opportunities, developing pricing strategies, and coordinating sales activities with other departments. Your success in this job depends on your ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, your marketing skills, and your ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes. To qualify for this job, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Prior hotel sales experience is required.
