Location: Eagle, Idaho Hours: Part Time Compensation: Based on experience and bonus potential. A fast-growing real estate business is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part Time Real Estate Assistant to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, and helping a business run smoothly behind the scenes. What You Will Do * Support all active real estate transactions from contract to close * Manage and organize leads in the CRM * Assist with follow-up and communication with clients * Help with marketing outreach including email, social media, and basic campaigns * Coordinate schedules, documents, and deadlines * Handle various administrative and project-based tasks as needed What We Are Looking For * Strong organization and time management skills * Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and basic marketing tools * Clear written and verbal communication * Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently * Real estate experience is a plus but not required How to Apply Instead of a traditional resume, we are asking candidates to submit a short video introduction.
