About the Role Rooted Field Services is hiring Field Sales Representatives to support regulated CPG brands within the vape and specialty retail category. This role is focused exclusively on sell-in, account development, and territory growth. This is a stipend-based, KPI-driven contract role designed for experienced, independent sales professionals who enjoy relationship-driven selling and working with clear performance expectations. The role averages approximately 3.5 -4 days per week in-market. What You'll Do Represent assigned brand portfolios within your territory Sell directly into Cash & Carry accounts Open new points of distribution and secure initial orders Support reorder activity and ongoing account engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-distributor owners and buyers Execute consistent territory coverage based on defined routing plans Provide market feedback, competitive insights, and execution updates Track activity, placements, and orders through Rooted Field Services' reporting system Collaborate closely with field leadership and operations to meet performance goals What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in regulated CPG, vape, FMCG, or specialty retail categories Vape industry experience preferred Existing relationships within your local wholesale ecosystem preferred Comfort working independently with structured KPIs and accountability Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID Must be eligible to work in the United States at the time of application Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Prior experience working as a 1099 or independent sales rep preferred Compensation & Time Commitment Fixed monthly stipend of $2,500 Performance-based incentive payouts tied to defined KPIs Total annual earning of $70,000 when KPIs are achieved Approximately 3.5 -4 days per week in-market Opportunity for expanded scope, additional territories, and long-term engagement for top performers Job Type: Contract (1099) Job Type: Contract Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * Expense account * Flexible schedule * Mileage reimbursement * Travel reimbursement Experience: * Vape Sales: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Location: * Jacksonville, FL (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Jacksonville, FL (Required) Work Location: On the road
