Job Overview We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Canvassing / Door to Door Appointment Setter. In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients in their neighborhoods, promoting our services, and setting appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about customer service and sales. Responsibilities * Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our services and generate interest. * Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential customers. * Schedule appointments for follow-up sales consultations based on customer interest. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set. * Utilize negotiation skills to address customer inquiries and overcome objections. * Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve effectiveness. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the canvassing process. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Compensation: $18 hourly plus commission will be paid for this position. Experience * Previous experience in door-to-door canvassing or similar roles is preferred but not required. * Background in marketing or sales is a plus. * Strong customer service experience that demonstrates effective communication skills. * Supervising experience is advantageous for those looking to advance within the company. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as language skills can enhance communication with diverse communities. * Familiarity with telemarketing or fundraising can be beneficial in understanding customer engagement strategies.
