Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in call center environments are highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in client services, sales, and data entry within a professional setting. * Must either be P & C licensed or willing to get licensed! Responsibilities * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details * Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction * Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems * Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail to maintain up-to-date customer records * Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and accuracy * Conduct outbound calls for follow-up or promotional purposes as needed * Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions * Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and streamline processes * Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements Qualifications * Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and problem-solving abilities * Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and cash handling is desirable * Prior outbound calling or sales experience is advantageous * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team * High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus This position provides an engaging work environment where your communication talents can thrive while supporting our valued clients.
