What you 'll do * Engage with customers to identify their vehicle preferences and requirements. * Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits that meet customer needs. * Negotiate sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving dealership goals. * Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact through to closing the sale. * Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on potential sales. * Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities. * Provide outstanding customer service throughout the buying process and beyond. * Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies to promote dealership offerings. Basic qualifications * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on public speaking and phone etiquette. * Proven experience in outside sales or high-end sales environments.
