What You 'll Do * Sell Courser's Managed IT Services, focusing on Microsoft Cloud solutions (Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, and security services). * Identify and develop a sales territory of ideal target customers. * Attend networking events and other pipeline-building activities. * Make 100+ outbound calls per week. * Partner with marketing to execute targeted campaigns. * Track activities and opportunities in our CRM. * Follow our proven sales process and participate in weekly training. * Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to grow your territory and contribute ideas. What You Bring to the Table * Experience in B2B selling, ideally in IT or technology solutions. * Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Comfort with numbers -- calculating discounts, commissions, and margins. * Professional presence and excellent phone skills. * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. * Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
