Solera Energy is one of the fastest-growing energy solutions and home improvement companies in the Midwest. We've install more solar in Missouri than every other company combined. We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead and scale our home improvement division with our WIRED DIFFERENTLY philosophy. Who You Are You're a self-starter who builds momentum instead of waiting for direction. You understand sales, marketing, customer experience, and how to turn opportunity into revenue. You've led teams in home improvement, window sales, roofing, solar, or related in-home sales environments, and you're as comfortable in a boardroom as you are a customers home. You bring: * Proven sales leadership experience * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to accurately measure windows or residential projects * Experience training and coaching in-home sales teams * Understanding of marketing, lead cost, and conversion metrics * Ability to develop commercial sales channels and partnerships * Builder's mindset, not just a manager's What You 'll Do * Lead and grow Solera's residential sales organization * Expand commercial and municipal sales opportunities * Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives * Implement sales systems, KPIs, and accountability * Partner with marketing to maximize lead ROI * Improve appointment quality and close rates * Ensure exceptional customer experience from first contact to installation * Drive revenue growth while protecting Solera's reputation * Report directly to company ownership Requirements * 3+ years sales leadership experience in home improvement, window sales, roofing, solar, gutter, or related industries * Proven success building and managing sales teams * Experience in in-home selling environments * Strong customer service mindset * Understanding of marketing and lead-performance metrics * Interest or experience in commercial / B2B sales development * Self-starter mentality with high accountability * Willingness to travel regionally Job Type: Full-time Pay: $87,045.44 - $300,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: Hybrid remote in Springfield, MO 65803Solera Energy
