Duties * Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently * Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm * Support sales initiatives through effective merchandising, product placement, and promotional activities * Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and assisting with purchasing decisions * Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance on sales techniques, POS (Point of Sale) operations, and customer interactions * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures * Train new employees on store policies, POS systems, customer service standards, and safety protocols Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles with supervisory or assistant manager responsibilities * Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or team management experience * Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers * Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory management software, and merchandising techniques * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with customers and vendors * Knowledge of retail operations including pricing strategies, sales management, budgeting, and payroll processing * Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Experience in training & development of staff and implementing employee orientation programs * Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store environments is advantageous * Ability to handle cashiering duties accurately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
