WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The Sales Manager for Rainstamp is responsible for fostering strong relationships between the company, its distributors, and employees to drive the business forward, leading to profitable growth and success for all. WHAT WILL THE JOB BE * Train new Customer Reps and develop exiting Customer Reps * Provide for overall steady growth of profitable top-line revenues through the steady increase of units sold to Rainstamp Distributors * Grow market share through the addition of new distributors and the development of current distributors * Oversee and provide leadership to the Customer Reps for Rainstamp. * Partners with the Marketing Team to provide feedback on active campaigns * Maintains the Rainstamp Culture in all their dealings * Prioritizes personal growth and development as a leader KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES * Knowledge and Skills of Outside Distributor Sales * Ability to lead and develop others * Experience with ERP and CRM software tools * Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with employees and customers * Ability to manage multiple functions at one time * Ability to accurately perform in depth mathematical calculations and prepare reports * Ability to hold strict confidence of the financial information * Ability to maintain attention to detailed information * Ability to effectively communicate and understand detailed and/or technical information EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * 5+ years experience in distributor outside sales * Experience in a sales leadership role * Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred * Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check WHAT THE IDEAL TEAM PLAYER WILL HAVE * The ability to work effectively with others and loves to add value to a like-minded group endeavor * A sense of energy, passion, honesty, good attendance, and personal responsibility * Skills to say and do the right things to help teammates feel appreciated, understood, and included * Little ego when it comes to needing attention, credit, and is comfortable sharing accolades * Persistence, dedication, organization, and commitment to a task well done * Passion to do work that matters and not just looking for a J-O-B * Desire to see their work impact future generations and a willingness to mentor others * Strong communication skills in order to translate business needs into results A FEW THINGS WE WANT YOU TO KNOW * We have approximately 300 team players and we're growing! * We offer competitive compensation packages with benefits including PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, 401k with employer match, wellness program, and so much more. * Our interview process is more thorough and involved because we are looking for the right fit.
