Help run and grow with Kitchen Guard of Jacksonville! $100k OTE + Bonus + Equity Job Overview As Sales and Operations Manager for Kitchen Guard, you will play a critical role in driving the business forward through overseeing service delivery, sales and revenue generation, and administrative requirements. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of operations and outside sales activities to expand our client base. This is hands on role, based from our office, with travel to client sites conducting on site fire and life safety inspections and consultative sales to restaurants and facilities in our community. Kitchen Guard Services started in 2009 as a cold water, kitchen, and bar cleaning service. Kitchen Guard Services is one of the largest kitchen exhaust and deep cleaning providers in the country. Primary Responsibilities: * Ensure crews are properly scheduled, resourced, and execute work to KG's high standards. * Support employee lifecycle activities including interviewing, training, and offboarding. * Pursue and close new business opportunities within the greater Jacksonville metro. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. * Develop proposals outlining recommended safety solutions, including cost estimates and timelines. * Meet sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. * Conduct on-site inspections to assess the client's needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B sales - a big plus if in the fire and life safety industry or restaurant industry. * Effective time management skills to balance multiple client accounts and tasks. * Attention to detail in conducting inspections (get dirty), preparing reports, and recommending solutions. * Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and build partnerships within the industry. * Strong commitment to find a way to win, overcome obstacles, and grow the business Preferred Qualifications * Experience in commercial facility services or related fields preferred * Relevant certifications in fire and life safety or B2B sales. * CRM use and management. Physical Requirements: * Ability to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops. * Physically fit, capable of lifting 40+ pounds and using A-frame ladders.
