We are looking to fill a new full time Customer Account Rep to work with our large corporate clients in the New Jersey market. In 2025 we have launched two new clients who are looking to expand their footprint in the Mid atlantic and tri state region. Responsibilities * Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through various communication channels. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive sales. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business development opportunities. * Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience. * Monitor account activity and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to improve service delivery. * Schedule 5 consecutive days 1030am-7:30pm Skills * Proven experience in customer service or account management roles. * Strong sales skills with a focus on technology sales, direct sales, or retail sales. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport. * Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities. * Familiarity with business development strategies to identify new client prospects. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
