With a new office launching in Jonesboro , we're building a team of closers ready to take advantage of our internal lead flow and support system. What You 'll Do * Receive at least 2 pre-set in-home appointments per day through our internal call center. * Generate additional leads through canvassing, referrals, and social media. * Perform roof inspections (training provided) and build trust with homeowners. * Present clear solutions with custom proposals using our proven process. * Close deals, follow up, and guide homeowners through the roof replacement or storm claim process. * Collaborate with our top-tier production and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth job completion. * Track daily KPIs, manage your sales pipeline, and get PAID for results. What You Bring to the Table * Sales experience in roofing, home improvement, pest control, solar, or alarm is a big plus - but not required. * Must be comfortable getting on roofs or willing to learn. * Coachable attitude -- we train daily and celebrate success weekly. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Professional appearance, self-discipline, and grit. * Strong communication skills and follow-up habits.
