We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This is a key role responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding our presence in the community. Job Title: Sales Manager - Home Care Location: Alameda, CA (Hybrid role - primarily in the field) and surrounding cities in and around Alameda County Key Responsibilities: * Generate new client leads through outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement; should ideally have experiene with paid leads as well (A Place for Mom) * Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, senior living communities, and social service organizations. * Conduct sales presentations and consultations to potential clients and families. * Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline, and revenue growth goals. * Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns and community events that drive awareness and leads. * Lead marketing campaigns (digital and grassroots) to generate brand awareness and preference * Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and referral partners. * Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients to our caregiving team. * Collaborate with leadership to set sales goals, forecast revenue, and implement growth strategies. * Work closely with operations and caregiver teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently. * Manage and mentor one direct report sales professional; potential to manage up to 2 direct reports Qualifications: * Track record of revenue generation and can show tangible results with lead to client ratio, close rate, and other impactful KPIS * Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (home care, healthcare, or senior services preferred). * Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and client relationships simultaneously. * Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Suite; experience with WellSky a plus. * Knowledge of the home care industry, caregiver services, and client compliance standards is a plus. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
