Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in order to recommend suitable vehicles. * Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits. * Manage inventory control by keeping track of stock levels and ensuring vehicles are displayed effectively. * Utilize software tools for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets. * Provide outbound sales support by following up with potential leads and nurturing relationships. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our products. * Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment that enhances the customer experience. Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry. * Strong understanding of inventory management practices and techniques. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in using software tools related to sales support and inventory control. * A proactive approach to outbound sales efforts, demonstrating initiative in generating leads. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
