You will play a crucial role in managing inventory and supporting the overall sales process.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in order to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
• Manage inventory control by keeping track of stock levels and ensuring vehicles are displayed effectively.
• Utilize software tools for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
• Provide outbound sales support by following up with potential leads and nurturing relationships.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our products.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment that enhances the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory management practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using software tools related to sales support and inventory control.
• A proactive approach to outbound sales efforts, demonstrating initiative in generating leads.
