We are the Master Service Agreement holder for multiple active D2D markets nationwide and are placing Market Operators to launch and scale local field teams. This is for leaders who know how to recruit, train, and produce--not manage from the sidelines. What You'll Do * Recruit and lead a local D2D sales team * Drive daily field execution and KPIs * Scale headcount and production in your market * Uphold brand and compliance standards You run the market.
