Overview

Tier 1 Roofing is a fast-growing, high-performance roofing company serving the West Valley Phoenix area. We specialize in residential re-roofs, insurance restoration, and premium roofing systems. We're building a lean, scalable operation with strong marketing support, high-quality leads, and real career growth opportunities. We're looking for motivated, professional Outside Sales Representatives who want to build a long-term career and earn top-tier commissions in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled in-home and on-site roofing appointments
• Perform basic roof inspections and document findings (photos + notes)
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, and warranty options
• Present proposals and close residential roofing projects
• Follow up with warm leads and active prospects
• Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, and referral partners
• Conduct job site visits during installs to maintain customer satisfaction
• Communicate professionally with production and management teams
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline tracking
• Meet monthly sales activity and performance targets

Requirements

Must Have

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
• Smartphone and basic tech skills (CRM, photos, email, texting)
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
• Strong follow-up and organization skills

Compensation

• Commission-based pay with strong earning potential
• Higher commission on self-generated and insurance-related sales
• Performance bonuses available
• Advancement opportunities into Senior Sales or Sales Leadership roles Preferred (Not Required but a Plus)
• Roofing, construction, or home improvement sales experience
• Insurance restoration experience
• Door-to-door or in-home sales background
• Understanding of roofing systems (shingle, tile, flat roofs)
• Experience using CRMs such as JobNimbus, Roofr, or Acculynx Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
