Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Semiconductor Equipment. Responsibilities * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our EMS and semiconductor equipment customer base. * Developing and promoting Market with SMT AOI, SPI, SMT related products of MIRTEC * Developing and promoting Optical Inspection Equipment (ex: AOI) of Semiconductor, Display Panel, Secondary Cell Battery market related to the products of MIRTEC * Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs and providing exceptional customer service. * Identify emerging market trends and proactively pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets. * Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to present customized solutions that align with client requirements. * Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. * Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to support product development and service improvements. Experience * Proven track record in sales within the EMS or semiconductor equipment industry, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets. * Strong understanding of customer service principles combined with excellent communication skills. * Experience in managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through closing. * Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans accordingly. * Familiarity with technical specifications of EMS or semiconductor manufacturing equipment is a plus. * Prior experience working collaboratively across departments to deliver integrated solutions is highly valued.
