NOW HIRING 3 Sales: Roofing & Storm Restoration Sales Leader / Senior Sales Rep Territories: Northern Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, New Jersey Type: Full time / 1099 Compensation: $150,000 - $700,000+ (Uncapped, performance-based) This Is NOT an entry-level sales job. This role is for experienced sales professionals who understand: * Homeowners * Insurance claims * How to close without hand-holding If you've already sold roofing, restoration, solar, windows, or insurance- based home services -- this is a platform, not a grind. What you'll be doing * Run storm and retail roofing sales in high-opportunity territories * Meet homeowners, inspect roofs, and guide claims from inspection to approval * Work directly with insurance adjusters and homeowners * Close high-ticket deals with full operational support * (Optional but highly valued) Recruit, train, and lead junior reps as you scale You sell. We handle production, supplements, and backend support.
