Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise and exceptional customer service skills to provide tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the design and onboarding process, ensuring their vision is realized, cultivating an exceptional client experience, while contributing to sales growth. Duties * Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements, providing expert advice and recommendations. * Develop and present design proposals that align with client expectations and project goals. * Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. * Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and services, driving revenue growth for the company while adding value to the client at every step. * Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions. * Coordinate with internal teams, including production and installation, to ensure seamless execution of design projects. * Conduct follow-up meetings (both internally & externally) throughout the project process, including post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Qualifications * Successful experience working in a commission based compensation position, maximizing your commissions and bonus through performance results. * Proven experience in a design consulting role or similar position, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects. * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Strong sales acumen, capable of identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products. * Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is preferred but not mandatory. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to be self-the ability to effectively manage a complex . Previous experience in consultive sales, or relative experience is required. And design experience with home organization and/or custom storage & cabinetry is preferred but not required.
