Sales Hatch is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare fintech company that is transforming how medical practices manage supplies, prescriptions, and spending. We are hiring driven, in-person sales professionals in the NYC area to support outbound growth across private medical practices. This is a front-line, field-based sales role ideal for candidates who thrive on cold outreach, building relationships face-to-face, and creating opportunities from scratch. You'll work directly with healthcare decision- makers and play a key role in expanding a rapidly scaling platform. What You'll Be Doing * Prospect new healthcare practices through high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and door-to-door visits * Spend the majority of your time on outbound activity (phone + in-person) * Build relationships with office managers, physicians, and practice leadership * Educate medical professionals on a modern supply and prescription marketplace * Deliver compelling product overviews and demonstrations * Attend medical conferences and local industry events to generate new opportunities * Own early-stage conversations through qualification and handoff or close * Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outbound effort * Track activity, notes, and pipeline accurately in CRM software * Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, territory strategy, and outreach campaigns What We're Looking For * 1+ years of experience in outbound sales , cold calling, or door-to-door sales * Experience selling into healthcare, medical offices, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is a strong plus * Comfortable spending the majority of the day on phones and in the field * Confident, professional communicator who can engage decision-makers * Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient mindset * Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment * Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills Why This Role * High-impact, in-person sales role with direct ownership of outbound results * Exposure to healthcare/pharma, fintech, and marketplace sales * Opportunity to grow into senior sales or closing roles * Equity participation available * Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and retirement options Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Have you sold directly into healthcare settings (e.g., private medical practices, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, or health systems) as part of your sales role? * Do you have direct experience closing marketplace-style sales where you owned pricing discussions, conversion, and contract execution end-to-end (from first conversation through close)?
