Duties * Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within your territory. * Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential clients through lead generation activities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through effective account management. * Present product demos and provide technical sales support to clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings. * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market. * Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new business opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote products and services. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B sectors. * Strong understanding of account management principles and territory management strategies. * Familiarity with CRM software tools for effective lead tracking and customer relationship management. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. * Experience with product demonstrations, upselling techniques, and direct sales methodologies. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. * A background in marketing or retail sales is a plus but not required.
