Role Description: The Showroom Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting our sales team in all daily operations of the showroom, encompassing tasks in sales, marketing, merchandising and customer service. This full-time position will report directly to our Showroom Sales Manager. It is based in our beautiful New York City showroom and has great potential for growth within our sales division. Responsibilities: * Maintaining our CRM system * Shipping samples * Managing the sample library * Accepting all deliveries * Improving organization in existing systems * Assisting clients in the showroom, on the phone and via email * Outside sales support and lead generation * Maintaining product merchandising and showroom aesthetic * Measuring take-offs from architectural floor plans (If Auto CAD Proficient) * Basic drawings in Auto CAD (If Auto CAD Proficient) * Supporting a healthy atmosphere for clients and team members that promotes company values Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or student currently enrolled in bachelor's program. * Individuals who are enthusiastic to learn and grow while beginning their career in the A&D Industry * Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Proficient in Auto Cad is a plus but not required * Multi-tasking and workload prioritization skills Competencies: * Excellent customer service skills * Strong Organizational and time management abilities * Persistence & inclination to be proactive * Great team player * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation * Fast learner Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
