You MUST be able to close and work weekends, you will not work every weekend, but you will work some weekends. Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for jewelry sales. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations - Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers - Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed - Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service and sales Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus - Ability to work well in a team environment - Technical sales knowledge is an asset We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
