Overview McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South-Central Regions, has an opening for a Product Support Sales Representative. The PSSR uses technology as an active tool, provides proactive customer support and subsequent growth for McCoy Construction and Forestry (MCF). Achieves MCF's customer support and satisfaction goals, parts and service marketing and management capability in a specific geographic area of responsibility. Manages the product support process to preempt and resolve technical and/or parts issues impacting machine performance and uptime by developing customer relationships. Apply at [please apply online] Benefits: * Paid Time Off-80 Hours in the first year! * M- F - 7a.m. - 5p.m. * Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance. * 401K with Employer match. * $50,000 company paid Life Insurance Policy. * $1500.00 Employee referral program * 6 Company Paid Holidays * Remote position - working 1 day per week in office. * Mileage reimbursement * Family Owned * Supportive Management team and opportunities for advancement. * Excellence Rewarded * Ability to thrive in the McCoy Construction & Forestry Culture * Meaningful work Essential Duties and Responsibilities: External (Customer Focused) sales/support position. * Using the benefits of technology, strategically focus on incremental revenue opportunities that support both parts and service strategic fiscal objectives. * Make field related purpose-built customer calls to follow up on Product Support opportunities and provide leads for Parts and Service Department * Fully utilize McCoy's customer relationship management (CRM) * Actively promote Preventative Maintenance Contracts (PM's) or Total Maintenance and Repair Contracts (TMR's) * Provide customer training, follow up calls and create customer digital partnerships. * Proactively monitor JDLINK data, promote and maintain machine connectivity along with the sale of Universal Telematics Devises. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Maintain regular onsite attendance as required by your supervisor. Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred: * Relevant degree preferred or equivalent experience in Engineering/Technology/Marketing. * 5+ years of experience in related equipment or equivalent education/experience combination. * Proven sales and marketing skills, including complex problem-solving and application development. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; customer-focused with strong product knowledge. * Ability to travel up to 75% of the time with in your AOR, some overnight stays included.
