Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Requirements Licensing: Tennessee Property & Casualty License is highly encouraged. Experience: Relevant experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Client-centric: Passion for assisting clients and meeting their insurance needs. Motivated: Self-driven and eager to achieve sales goals. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently. Tech Skills: Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication platforms. Responsibilities Client Engagement: Interact with prospective and current clients to build a strong relationship and trust. Needs Analysis: Assess clients' needs and provide appropriate policy recommendations based on those needs. Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company on a monthly basis. Community Outreach: Actively participate in local community events to promote Allstate - The Cox Group and build brand awareness. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to strategize sales approaches and share insights to improve sales techniques. Industry Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the latest insurance products and industry changes to better serve clients.
