Position: Business Development & Marketing Associate Location: Centennial, CO (In-Person) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 per year Reports to: VP of Business Development & Marketing Director About the Role We're seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development & Marketing Associate to join our leadership team at Global Construction , a well- established commercial construction and renovation firm headquartered in Centennial, CO and operating across KS, AZ, TX, WA, OR, and FL. In this key role, you'll be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting marketing efforts to expand our presence in the multifamily, assisted living, and hospitality sectors. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and execute effective business development strategies. With a focus on quality, client relationships, and efficient project delivery, we are growing rapidly across multiple states and markets. Key Responsibilities * Proactively identify and pursue new construction and renovation opportunities in the commercial sector. * Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities. * Engage in cold calling, outbound outreach, and follow-up communications with potential clients. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach campaigns and brand strategies. * Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage client relationship tracking. * Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking functions. * Support the marketing and business development department in growing the company's client base. * Deliver consistent updates and reports to the VP of Business Development and Marketing Director. Qualifications & Requirements * 3+ years of experience in construction business development , marketing , or inside sales (preferred). * Strong understanding of the commercial construction and renovation industry. * Proven success in cold calling , client outreach , and lead generation. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. * Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Exceptional organizational and research skills. * Professional demeanor and a values-driven work ethic.
