Qualifications * A minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in inside or direct sales is required, preferably within the home services industry. * A minimum of 1 to 3 years of strong cold calling skills with a track record of generating leads and closing sales is preferred. * At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. * A minimum of 1-3 years of experience assessing, measuring, and providing estimates within the home improvement is preferred. * Must be available to work both evenings and weekends in addition to the full-time 1st shift work schedule. * A valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record is required. A company vehicle will be provided. * Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home sales consultations with prospective clients. * Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. * Consistently close sales with an average of $20,000+ per transaction. * Generate and manage leads through self-driven initiatives and company-provided opportunities. * Stay organized by maintaining accurate records of appointments, follow-ups, and closed deals. * Compensated to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
