Full description of the position

VODA.ai is seeking a full-time Director of Partnerships. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, building, and strengthening relationships with our various partners (white label/OEM resellers, distributors, engineering consulting firms) to drive adoption of VODA.ai's solutions and ensure their success as partners to VODA.ai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the water utility market. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing enablement and training materials, building relationships with key stakeholders, running training programs, monitoring partnership success and activity against KPIs, collaborating with internal teams, and traveling to attend industry events or meet partners in-person. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years' applicable experience working with strategic channel partnerships and programs. * B2B or B2G experience. * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment * Bachelor's degree. * Located and legally authorized to work in the US. Preferably, you have familiarity or experience with HubSpot, but fluency with CRM reporting and knowing which questions to ask to understand problem areas. * Are passionate about technology, sustainability, and making a meaningful impact in the water industry. Bonus points if you have experience enabling partnerships in hardware, blue collar industries, B2G environments, utilities/climatech businesses. * Get excited at the idea of working for a high-growth startup. You appreciate that the growth of the company means growth for you professionally. * Don't mind traveling to build relationships and talk to partners in-person, at tradeshows or at hosted local events.
