Outside Sales Account Executive Location : Monroe, LA Compensation: $40,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Who We Are: At Express Employment Professionals, we're not your average staffing company. What You 'll Be Doing: * Getting out in the community, meeting with local businesses, and starting real conversations about how Express can support their hiring needs * Cold calling (in-person and over the phone), warm calling, and face-to-face visits -- whatever it takes to get leads flowing to our inside sales and recruiting teams * Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers -- not just selling, but solving problems * Owning your sales territory and managing your day-to-day with independence * Representing Express at networking events, community functions, and more to grow brand awareness * Logging your activity and leads in our Express System (we'll train you -- it's easy) * Manage your schedule and daily route * Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handoff and excellent client service What We 're Looking For: * Sales experience is a plus but not required -- we're mainly looking for someone who can confidently be the face of Express in our market * Must be comfortable working in all types of weather and able to navigate various environments, including climbing stairs and walking through warehouses, offices, and construction sites * Great personality with strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people * Hungry, driven, and eager to succeed * Coachable, curious, and ready to learn about local businesses and industries * Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to be a collaborative part of a team * Organized with solid time management skills * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Knowledge of the regional business community is a bonus What You 'll Get: * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission potential * Ongoing training and professional development * A supportive, energetic, and fun work environment * Career growth with a company that values its people and community * Annual National Sales Contest by which you can earn a tropical all-inclusive vacation for two If you're ready to take the next step in your career, build real connections, and make an impact in your local community, we'd love to hear from you.
