Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Home Solution Specialist to work directly with property owners and help create win win real estate solutions. This role focuses on relationship building, problem solving, and identifying opportunities that align with our investment goals. You will be a key part of the acquisitions process and work in a flexible, performance driven environment that supports growth and autonomy. This position blends remote work with in person appointments and is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, managing their own schedule, and working toward clear income goals. What You'll Do * Travel to in person appointments within a 10 to 25 mile radius * Manage a flexible schedule with approximately 50 percent of work done remotely * Make consistent outbound calls using company provided data * Speak with property owners to understand their situation and determine fit * Present solutions clearly and professionally while handling common objections * Build long term relationships with homeowners and local industry contacts * Analyze properties using market data and internal tools * Set qualified appointments for deeper sales or acquisition conversations * Maintain follow up with leads to move opportunities forward * Assist in negotiating purchase terms and agreements * Work closely with the investment team on acquisition strategies * Track activity and progress toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals * Stay informed on local market activity and trends * Deliver a positive and professional experience throughout the process Compensation * Training pay provided during the first 90 days * Commission structure begins after 90 days * Performance based earning potential tied to results Location Requirement Candidates must be located near Omaha, NE 68111 and able to attend local appointments.
