What We Need We are looking for a sales professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a consultative type sales background and know how to develop warm leads into customers. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage inbound calls and inquiries from both new and existing customers while proactively marketing to current accounts and reaching out to high-potential prospects. You will support a diverse customer base that includes contractors, large retailers, institutions, government entities, and small, medium, and large businesses across a wide range of industries. What You Provide * Serve prospects and customers with a consultative, customer-first mindset treating each interaction with care, integrity, and honesty, even when that means recommending an alternative solution or provider * Actively listen to customer needs, ask effective questions, follow up consistently, and confidently close sales * Accurately track and document all customer interactions and activity within the CRM system * Manage the full sales cycle, including order entry, pipeline management, prospecting, and post-delivery follow-up * Occasionally visit customers and prospects in the field to strengthen relationships and support sales efforts * Collaborate closely with the branch team by assisting with delivery scheduling, supporting fellow sales representatives, and helping with customer service inquiries What You Need * 2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions * Proven ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and CRM systems * Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills * Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus * Valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Paid training Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Paid training Work Location: In person
