Dakota Tom's Sandwiches is a locally owned, privately operated company seeking a motivated, dependable Sales Representative / Route Driver to join our growing team. Sioux Falls, SD & Surrounding Areas Position Overview This role combines sales, customer service, and delivery responsibilities. You'll be responsible for delivering fresh food products, maintaining strong relationships with store partners, and ensuring consistent, reliable service across your assigned route. Key Responsibilities * Deliver fresh food products to retail locations on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule * Maintain consistent delivery times for assigned stores * Provide exceptional customer service and represent Dakota Tom's professionally * Work independently while managing your route and sales relationships * Safely operate a delivery vehicle in all weather conditions * Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting Qualifications * Must be 21 years of age or older * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to perform physical labor * Comfortable working independently Schedule * Full-time or Part Time Available: Monday -Friday * 40 -45 hours per week (Full Time) Compensation & Benefits * Commission-based pay * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * 401(k) with company matching How to Apply: Email inquiries to [please apply online] Or call 605-[please apply online] for more information Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
