Windy City Harley-Davidson is looking for a driven and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our leadership team! Responsibilities: * Support the Sales Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the sales team. * Assist with daily operations including sales floor management, deal structure, and customer engagement. * Help set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals. * Monitor inventory, merchandising, and showroom presentation. * Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for Fit Specialists and sales staff. * Maintain compliance with all Harley-Davidson and dealership sales processes. * Collaborate with the F&I and Marketing teams to drive traffic and maximize profitability. Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in motorcycle or automotive sales leadership preferred. * Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills. * Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to hit targets. * Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle. * Proficiency with DMS/CRM systems (Talon, Lightspeed, or similar). * Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
