Bilingual Sales Manager - Land Development Company Location: Dallas, TX (In-office) Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 base + 0.5% commission on all team sales OTE (On-Target Earnings): $100,000 - $120,000+ Company: Land Baron Inc. - High-growth land development company About Us Land Baron Inc. is a fast-growing land development company that buys raw land outside Dallas, subdivides it into 1-acre lots, and sells directly to families who want to build their dream home. We offer seller financing with low down payments, making land ownership accessible to hard-working families. We've sold 500+ lots over the past 4 years and are scaling aggressively. We need a proven sales leader to build and run our sales operation. The Role We're looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Manager who can build, lead, and scale a high-performing land sales team. You'll own the entire sales operation: * Manage and coach 3-5 sales reps (growing to 5+ in 2026) * Recruit, hire, and train new sales talent * Run daily pipeline reviews and weekly team meetings * Manage CRM (GoHighLevel), lead flow, and follow-up systems * Hold team accountable to activity and closing metrics * Work directly with the owner (that's me) to hit our goal of 15-20 lot sales per month This is NOT a desk job. You'll be in the field with your team, coaching deals, and closing when needed. What We're Looking For Must-haves: * Fluent in Spanish and English (most of our customers are Spanish-speaking) * 3+ years managing commission-based sales teams (real estate, solar, land, timeshare, cars, etc.) * Proven track record of hitting/exceeding team sales goals * Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management * Strong recruiter - you know how to find and hire closers * Backbone - you can coach, hold accountability, and have tough conversations when needed Bonus points: * Experience in land, real estate, or rural property sales * You've built a sales team from scratch before * You're a closer yourself (not just a manager) What You'll Earn * Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 (based on experience) * Commission: 0.5% on ALL sales your team closes * Total Comp: $100k - $120k+ in year one (based on team hitting 10-15 sales/month) Example: If your team closes 15 lots/month at $55k average = $825k/month in sales Your monthly pay: $5,416 base + $4,125 commission = $9,541/month ($115k/year) The better your team performs, the more you make.
